2000 Norfolk Area Reunion (Y2KNGU Reunion)
Dates: April 27-30, 2000

Newly renovated rooms, great rates. 50 Standard rooms have been reserved at $61.50. Also available - King rooms at $72.50 and Deluxe rooms at $105.50. These prices are per room per night and include all taxes.

A Deposit equal to two nights stay is required when reservations are made. Deposits will be fully refunded for cancellations made prior to April 24th. For reservations, call Sharon Truhlar at the Dunes and tell her you are a VP-11 Neptune Association member.

SCHEDULE
Thursday: Check in. We will have a hospitality room. Dinner will be at a restaurant of your choice.

FRIDAY
AM. - Bus TO NAS Norfolk. Briefing by COMPATRECFORLANT STAFF.
Noon " Hosted luncheon at Breezy Point Officer's Club
P.M, - We will have seats to watch the Blue Angels practice for the air show.
Evening - Hosted banquet at the NAS O'Club - Bus to Motel.

SATURDAY
AM. - Bus to city of Norfolk. Choices are shopping at MacCarthur Mall, touring the MacCarthur Memorial and/or Nauticus Maritime Museum, or malingering and lollygagging for those so inclined.
Noon - Lunch on your own
P.M. - Two-hour harbor tour to include Navy piers at NavSta Norfolk, giving some of us ASW types the chance to finally see what a submarine looks like. Bus to Motel.
Evening - Dinner at restaurant of choice. Hospitality room.

SUNDAY
Church of choice or sleep in. Check-out.

We plan to have the Hospitality room open at 0730 for coffee and doughnuts and closed at 2200 whenever there is nothing scheduled. A registration form to sign up for the reunion will be sent to all on 12/30/99.
