The Blue Shark - This was the Shark that always hung in the squadron Duty Office. Other squadrons were always trying to steel the our mascot, and on a few occasions they were successful. We once found the shark painted entirely pink after being MIA for about a month. It was normally the job of the Bull Ensign to know where is was at all times. Not sure what ever became of our Shark after the decommissioning.

The man walking up the ladder - This was CDR O'Brian, then XO, as he coming aboard for departure to the Philippines. We were the last squadron plane to leave for PI back in May of 1989.
