A BIT OF HISTORY: "...I was attached to FASRON-101 in NAS Quonset Point, Rhode Island, in 1950 when the decision was made to form FASRON-107 and ship us to NAS Keflavik, Iceland. I spent 11 months and 26 days there and spent the time providing I level support for the VP's that came up there, VP-10, VP-8, and VP-26, seem to be the ones I can remember. VP-10 and VP-8 were flying P2's and I believe VP-26 was flying PB4Y2..." Contributed by HALL, CWO3 Wilford C. Retired email@example.com [14AUG2001]
