The PBM that flew he on was named "Snooks". Dad was an AOM2(T) with the crew and related some his stories from his NAS Banana River, Florida, Sao Palo, and Ascension Islands flights. I would like to know who's PBMs were in the Sao Palo photos. He reluctantly told of his foot "getting stuck" during a "rough landing" at NAS Banana River, Florida. Dad never finished relating his stories as he passed away Apr-98. If there is anyone left that can fill in the blanks about some of the history and color to his unit please contact me..."
