I flew in crew four with AE1 Tommy Dean as his second mech until April 1968. At this time I went to Flight Engineers school and made the transition to P-3C's. I made several WestPac deployments as well as a deployment to NAS Adak, Alaska. Left VP-50 in June of 1972 for shore duty. My years in VP-50 were some of the finest years I spent in my military career. I miss all of the Shipmates that I had a chance to know and I look forward to the Reunion in Jacksonville in September.
