I was in the VP-30 squadron from 1994 until 1997 where i served as a PEP instructor Flight Engineer. At the moment, I am back at the "home plate" in the Netherlands performing a "sea duty" tour in the 320 squadron at NAS Valkenburg. Just want to tell all my friends in the USA I am still here and maybe we'll meet again, so long guys...I am (we are) allmost done. The Dutch government killed the subkillers by selling our updated P-3's to Germany. They are blind to what we realy do such as druginterdiction-, coastguard-, fisherypatrol-, polution-, humanitarianflights, you name it. So now we have to teach the Germans how to fly P-3's, than go find an other job. Looking back to a great time in the P-3 community as a FE with over 6000 hours. I'm gonna miss it big time.
